Payments can be made online through the payment gateway in the CRM24 software user account.
- After registering, the customer can use all the features of the software for free for 10 days. It is understood that after this period, no payments received from the customer will be refunded.
- The material and intellectual property of the software fully belong to CRM24. The customer will only have the right to use the CRM24 software in exchange for payment, and they will have no claims regarding the intellectual property of this product now or in the future.
CRM24 support includes the following:

Support through email, live chat, and phone calls during working hours.

Periodic software updates (bug fixes, upgrades, improvements).

Conducting an online and remote training session for the customer.

CRM24 is obligated to resolve issues and provide responses during the week (Saturday to Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Thursday from 9 AM to 12 PM, excluding holidays) upon receiving an email, ticket from the customer, or a phone call.

The customer and their users are fully responsible for keeping their username and password information secure. Any potential damage to the customer's information resulting from the failure to keep the username and password confidential is the responsibility of the customer.

All provided information is permanently under the protection of confidentiality and will be automatically deleted after the agreement is completed when necessary.

CRM24 is not responsible for the customer's inability to use services, features, or unauthorized third-party access to the customer's information through having the password and logging into their account, as well as any internet-related issues that may cause problems in delivering these services.

In the event of occurrences of force majeure, including natural and unnatural disasters that are beyond CRM24's control and capacity, such as war, earthquakes, storms, floods, strikes, satellite issues, legal restrictions, and the establishment of government laws and regulations that hinder CRM24's commitments and services, CRM24 will not be held responsible. The customer waives any claims against CRM24 software in such cases.
